The technician was skilled and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. My nails looked stunning! I chose a bright red polish that she applied flawlessly—no streaks, just a smooth, shiny finish. One of the highlights was the massage chair during the pedicure; it was so relaxing that I almost dozed off! Plus, the products they used smelled amazing. I also appreciated the variety of colors they had available; I felt like I had a lot of options to choose from. While my overall experience was wonderful, I did notice that the salon could benefit from a little more organization, as there seemed to be a bit of confusion regarding some appointments. It didn’t affect me directly, but I could see other customers getting a bit anxious. I do think this place has incredible potential, and I can see myself coming back regularly. I scheduled a haircut and a deep conditioning treatment, and I was paired with a stylist who truly listened to what I wanted. She took the time to consult with me on the best style for my hair type, and I was impressed by her knowledge and expertise. The shampooing experience was divine—she gave me an amazing scalp massage that melted my stress away. While waiting for the conditioner to work its magic, I had a refreshing herbal tea that was offered to me, which was a nice touch. Once my hair was styled, I couldn't believe the results! It looked healthier and shinier than it had in ages. The stylist even provided me with tips on how to maintain the look at home, which I really appreciated. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the wait time for my appointment. I arrived a few minutes early, and although I was eventually seen on time, it felt a bit longer than expected. Nevertheless, the service and outcome made it worth it.
